MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY OR RAW

Today as accompaniment ... mushrooms.
Buy mushrooms, whole or cut into fine slices. I usually buy them laminated and I have only to go through water and they are ready to cook. 
In a frying pan with olive oil, I fry it ... and when they are ready-made, I add minced garlic and parsley ... I give them a ride, I add a pinch of salt and serve.
They can be used to accompany different types of meat, omelette or scrambled eggs with tomato and egg.

You can also serve as an appetizer: raw, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
