LOBSTERS WITH SAUCES

Not long to Christmas parties, I think it is worth make you a suggestion for these days, with a very appetizing dish that will delight your family and guests ...

Ingredients:
- 1 Lobster 1.5 kg (for two people).
- 1 level tablespoon coarse salt
- 20 black peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf

In a large pot you put 5 liters of boiling water with salt, pepper and bay leaf.
When the water boils, you put lobster or lobsters on it and let cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, you have prepared a bowl of cold water and then introduce the lobsters for about 10 minutes.
Then you place them on a tray in the refrigerator.
Then with a serrated knife or very sharp scissors you cut along.
The table at which you present such, accompanied by sauces.
You can make a mayonnaise sauce (with lemon) and
one romesco sauce.

Mayonnaise sauce: (make it with the pimer)
- 1 egg
- 200 grams. olive oil
- salt
- Juice of half a lemon


Romesco sauce:
- 2 peppers (seedless scalded)
- 2 ripe tomatoes grilled (without seeds or skin)
- 1 small onion roast figueras
- 1 red pepper, roasted small
- 4 garlic
- 1 small slice of fried bread
- 100 grams. toasted almonds
- 50 grams. hazelnuts
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- One little parsley
- Half a tablespoon of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water

COCKELS IN SAUCE (shellfish)

Today a dish that you can do it perfectly as "pica-pica" on Christmas Eve or Christmas accompany other ...

Ingredients:

GRILLED OYSTERS (started)

Normally oysters are accustomed to serving dish before the first day of Christmas or New Year. 

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 16 oysters (can be Galician or ostrones, cheaper
- 35 grams. sweet butter cow
- 2 tablespoons grated gruyere cheese
- Half a clove of garlic
- Tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Cooking salt



Oysters are opened first and are placed in an ovenproof baking dish.
Crush the garlic and mix with the butter until smooth cream.
Mix in breadcrumbs with grated gruyere cheese with a fork.
Put the cream (butter and garlic) over the oysters. After you add will mix cheese and breadcrumbs over and would gain under the broiler for 5 minutes until golden brown.

You can also serve natural raw oysters, accompanied only with a squeeze of lemon and black pepper.
