BAKED MUSHROOMS (first)

As we are in the season of mushrooms, I think it is a good idea to give you a very simple recipe to cook and tasty ...

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 40 mushrooms (better be rovellons)
- olive oil
- salt
- garlic and parsley

First wash mushrooms with water and put them on a baking sheet, well drained once.
Afterwards,  put salt and olive oil on top.
With the oven to 200 degrees hot, you introduce the tray for 4 minutes. You add garlic and parsley, cut it in a small pieces, and turn back to put in the furnace 3 minutes.
Do not let the mushrooms more than 10 minutes. They are better to the point.
I prefer them in the oven, in this way they are juiciest.
Grilled remain very dry ...
