CATALAN CREAM FOR THE DAY OF SAINT JOSEPH, (FATHER'S DAY) - dessert -

For days I'm not in touch with you. The reason is that I have moved house and now I'm living in Vilassar de Mar instead of Cabrera de Mar.
Tomorrow is St. Joseph, Father's Day and here in Catalonia is typical taste like dessert Catalan cream.
I send you the recipe if you want to enjoy this special dish ... !!!

Ingredients for 6/8 persons:
1 liter of milk
6 egg yolks
140 grs. sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 fur-lemon
40 grs. starch for either cornstarch or cream.

In a saucepan put yourselves at the fire -all in cold- milk, egg yolks, sugar, cinnamon stick (split into 3 or 4 pieces), lemon skins and 40 grs. starch or cornstarch.
A simmering what you remove wheel without stopping until thickened, taking care not to boil.
Hot you lay on a tray and you leave it to cool.
Before you eat you put sugar on top and a good warm ... and ready burnest with a round plate ... you can serve it... and bon appetit ... !!!
