WHITE ASPARAGUS PUDDING (started)

We continue our recipes for this summer regime ...
Today I propose you an asparagus pudding.
It is an easy and economical recipe that it can be made the day before leaving ...

Ingredients for 6 people:

- 1 can of white asparagus 1/2 Kg. (of good quality).
- 1 can of evaporated perfect milk, partly skimmed, small (250 grams. aprox.)
- 4 eggs
- Grated nutmeg, salt and pepper (low)

It puts everything in a pot and you mix all well with a blender.
Afterwards you put all in a Pyrex baking pan, previously buttered sweet cow, so it does not stick.
Heat de oven 10 minutes before the furnace.
You put the mixture in the oven at 170 ° water bath for 45'
Before removing from the oven, you prick it with a toothpick.
If this comes out clean it is already, but if not you leave it 15' more.
Once done, you let it cool and you put it, once cold, in the refrigerator.
Best do it the day before.
Careful not to overdo the nutmeg, salt and pepper ...
You unmold on a tray and then you can garnish with sliced ​​hard-boiled egg, red pepper, stuffed olives and anchovies on top.
You can serve also accompanied by a mayonnaise sauce aside.
