TEAR OF COD AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS (started)

This dish is typical of Valencia Community 

Ingredients for 6 people:

- 6 large roasting red peppers
- 400 grams. cod desalted
- 6 cloves garlic
- 5 eggs cooked
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 dl. virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1 can of pitted black olives

First: Roast the red peppers in the oven at 180 degrees turning them so they are roasted on all sides. You can put a sheet of foil on top of the tray. Once roasted put them in a pot and cover for half an hour.
Then remove the skin and seeds and tear fingers into strips by placing it on a plate.

Second: Peel and chop the garlic mixed with peppers -what you can do in a deep bowl -
You add the shredded cod, boiled eggs and chopped parsley and also black olives cut in half. You dress with olive oil and salt stirring it.
It is served with a few slices of toast or some breadsticks.
Before eating you have it for half an hour in the fridge.
