RICE WITH LOBSTER

Today I propose you a rice with lobster.
It is ideal for eating with friends in the garden or terrace enjoying a sunny day ...

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 2 small lobsters
- 1 squid cut into pieces
- 1 green pepper
- 2 grated tomatoes
- garlic and parsley
- fish stock
- rice
- olive oil
- salt






First cleanse it and cut down the lobsters into pieces.
When you cut the lobsters, do it on a plate and keep the juice. 
Next, you cook them in a paella with olive oil on both sides and reserve them.
In the same oil, cook squid, green pepper, cut into pieces and grated tomato, then adding garlic and chopped parsley.
Add rice and fry it for 5 minutes. Then you add the lobster, the fish stock and the juice that you have reserved them.  Put a little salt and let cook for 15 minutes.
You have to be soupy. Leave it rest for 5 minutes and already. You can bring to the table.
