Ingredients for 6 people:
- 12 volovans
- 1 tray of mushrooms -fresh- trimmed and cut into slices.
- Bechamel sauce
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 truffle -cut into chunks
- Salt and ground pepper
- Olive oil
First of all pass the mushrooms in a pan with a little olive oil and salt. When it is cooked, reserve it.
Then we will make a bechamel with a pint of milk, 50 grams. butter and 50 grs. flour, stir continuously with a whisk and cook over low heat 10 minutes when it starts to boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Then mix the chopped mushrooms and truffle with the bechamel. We will remove everything right.
With a spoon fill in the volovans one on one with this paste.
