BOILED EGGS STUFFED, WITH TUDELA'S HEAT SALADE: (started)

Today and following the course of regime, I am going to give you some stuffed eggs recipe, easy to make and also very economic, that will please everyone ... facts can be left in the fridge for when you come back from the beach , swimming pool, etc.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 boiled eggs
- Half cup skim milk
- 2 cans of light tuna raw, brand Albó, Massó ... etc.
- Kraft brand light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, Heinz brand
- 4 Tudela's heat salade

First, you have to make hard boiled eggs. You can boil them the day before and store them in the fridge for the next day in a taper, and peeled.
Then you cut in half the length and you put aside the yolks from the whites, reserving five separate yolks.
In a bowl you put the yolks with tuna and you crush with a fork making a paste. You will add the half cup of milk and you will work until a consistent paste filling.
With a spoon you go filling the eggs means to complete all of them, afterwards you will put on a serving tray.
Once complete and in a bowl, you will put mayonnaise 2 tablespoons, the tomato ketchup and you will remove it with a spoon. Mayonnaise has to be brown but not type sauce thick liquid ...
Then you put it above the eggs.

After, with a fork, you  crush the yolks that you had booked aside and do them up as decoration ...
You can put around, the Tudela's heat salade, once washed and halved.
Afterwards you cover them with plastic wrap and fasten your eggs in the refrigerator until lunchtime.

They can also be filled with foie-gras, with salmon, with crab, etc. as you like ... the system is always the same.
If you do it with foie-gras, you do not put into mayonnaise ketchup tomato but you can decorate the eggs stuffed with half olive over each one. The rest is all done the same.
If you have guests you can make eggs stuffed with 2 or 3 different stuffed, presented separately in 2 or 3 sources.
