ZARZUELA WITH FISH AND SHELLFISH

Hello... !!!

Today a single dish: a zarzuela

Ingredients for 4 people:

For the fish stock: (what you put in a medium pot to boil)
- The head of a monkfish a quarters
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- Celery
- 1 bay leaf
- Parsley
- Water

For minced:
- 2 slices of fried bread
- 10 toasted almonds
- Parsley
- 2 cloves garlic

More:
- 4 pieces of monkfish
- 4 prawns
- Four crayfish
- 1 large squid cut into slices
- 1.2 kg of rock mussels.
- 1/2 kg of clams.
- 4 pieces of hake (best longline)
- Half a glass of white wine
- Half a glass of brandy


For the sauce:
- 1 onion
- 3 grated tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- White flour batter monkfish and hake
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

It is served at the table with the same pot ...

For dessert I suggest you ice cream or peach vineyard with sweet wine.
I do peach eve apart and add the sweet wine and the fridge ... served well chilled.
