SMALL SQUIDS OR SMALL OCTOPUS WITH MUSSELS IN SAUCE

Hey there... !!! I'm here again...
As we are in the "costs of January" I'll give you a tasty, easy to make and affordable recipe ...

Ingredients for four people:
- 600 grams. of squids or octopus (smallest)
- 12 mussels
- homemade fried tomato sauce
- 2 onions cut into julienne
- half a glass of dry sherry
- salt and pepper
- half a lemon
- olive oil

In a saucepan you put olive oil and cook onion, cut into julienne strips. When it is golden, you add the tomato and let cook all during few minutes.
Afterwards,  you add the squids or octopus (smallest), clean, with their legs, without ink, and half a glass of dry sherry. You leave it on fire for 20 minutes.
Besides, you clean the mussels and you open them in a pot with a little water and half lemon. Once open and cooked time, you lay in the pan with salt and pepper, leaving 5 minutes more. 
You offer them to the table in individual casseroles.
