It is a very easy and quick recipe to make ... while you make the food ... the cake is done in half an hour in the oven.
Ingredients:
- pasta breeze
- 2 thinly sliced apples
- 2 custard Danone brand
- juice of half a lemon
- cinnamon powder
- gelatine with sugar (Tartafix Dr. Oetker brand)
You put the dough breeze in a round baking tray and prick it with a fork. Then put it in hot oven at 200 degrees, 10 minutes.
You cut the apple into thin slices and put them with the juice of half a lemon and a little water in a bowl in the microwave 3 minutes.
Then you put up the dough breeze custard, extending them with a shovel. Then you place the slices of apple on top and dust the apple with a little cinnamon.
Place the baking tray in the oven at 200º, for 30/35 minutes.
Once the golden apple do, you take out of the oven. While you will have done a glaze with 250 ml. boiling water, Tartafix Dr. Oetker brand.
Mix their fine dust on the water with a manual stick and a spoon you add the gelatine over the cake until set. This fixed liquid fruit cake, in this case apple and brightens.
Let it cool and you keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
