Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 grams. fabes (already cooked)
- 800 grams. of clams.
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- fried onion and tomato, brand Solis or Ferrer
- chopped parsley
- one chilli
- 1 dash of white wine or dry sherry
- salt
Here you put the clams, once washed in a cold water, and a splash of dry white wine or sherry and let cook until they open. Then you're missing the beans and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat, adding a pinch of salt.
