- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 rabbit back (can replace the pork sausages for 4)
- 200 grams of small rovellons (whole) or large cut into 4 pieces ...
- 1 red or green pepper, cut into small pieces
- 4 small artichokes, cut into 4 pieces each
- 3 grated tomatoes
- 1 grated onion
- 1 clove garlic and parsley
- Beef or chicken broth (you can also put broth Gallina Blanca brand or Aneto)
- Salt (half a teaspoon)
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4 cups of coffee rice

Take a paella. You put olive oil and do a stir-fry with chicken, rabbit or sausages. When the meat pieces are golden brown, you place them on a plate and keep them.
Then you make a fry with peppers, artichokes and mushrooms and cook to fire live about 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. Then add the grated tomatoes and onion. Once cooked, garlic and parsley, finely chopped.
Once this is done, you can add rice and meat. You will leave to cook for about 5/7 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
Afterwards you add broth or fish stock (boiling), salt and pepper.
We will cook for 15 to 17 minutes.
We closed the fire and let rest 5 minutes, covering it with newspaper.
