Who has not tried this delicious dish ?
It is a mixed recipe: seafood and chicken
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 chicken, cut into 1/4
- 8 crawfish (you can also do with shrimps or prawns)
- 1 grated onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Parsley, black pepper and salt
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 coffeespoon salt
- 750 grams. fish stock
- 50 grams. toasted almonds
- 1 small glass of brandy
- olive oil
You will put in a pan olive oil. Put salt and pepper on the chicken and cook it with oil. You will do the same with the seafood. Once cooked you keep it on a plate.
Then you add anything onion grated and tomato sauce. You will do a dive with almonds, garlic and parsley and cast it into the pot. In a separate pot you will boil the fish stock.
Then you will put the chicken, seafood, glass of brandy and fish broth (add slowly). You can put a little more salt and you leave it plugged into the fire for 30 or 45 minutes, once the stock has returned to boil.
Before bringing to the table what you test to see if salt and pepper are correct. Otherwise what you rectify.
