HOMEMADE PANELLETS (dessert)

Yesterday afternoon, with my daughter Mireia, we put batteries ...
First, we went to buy all the ingredients and then about 17 o'clock, we started developing our panellets for all family ... end at 20.30 h. approx.

Panellets are typical of Catalonia, Aragon, Valencia and the Balearic Islands. Eaten for All Saints: November 1 and is a traditional dessert which is accompanied with chestnuts and sweet potatoes, as well as with sweet wine, Muscatel type, Mistela, Jerez ...

Ingredients for making pasta ... Calculator leaving about 60/70 panellets approx.

- 1050 grams. almond flour
- 650 grams. of sugar

To make coconut panellets:

Cooking time: 3 minutes.

Coffee panellets:
Add to pasta 2 tablespoons milk Nescafe coffee. Removed well with wooden spoon.

Cooking time: 3 minutes.

Hazelnut panellets:

To make almond panellets:

In the end, you can sprinkle some panellets with icing sugar ...
