COCKELS IN SAUCE (shellfish)

Ingredients:
It is estimated approx. 150 grams. of cockles per person
- olive oil
- flour
- garlic and parsley (cut small)

Simmer please.
They serve hot.

You can accompany toasts with caviar, salmon, ham, etc.
