GUACAMOLE (as an appetizer or first dish)

I hope you like it ... I tried it at my daughter Mireia home and I found it delicious.
This is a typical recipe of Central America, but there are many variations of this dish in Mexico. 
You can serve it as a starter with a cocktail or cold drinks.
The base of this dish are avocados.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 large ripe avocados, unblemished
- 1 onion Figueras or red, in small pieces
- 1 tomato beef, slicing uncrushed or grated
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped, stems removed
- Lime juice, no lemon (it is more exotic)
- salt and pepper
- A few drops of tabasco ... if you put a little green bug spicy Mexican, put no tabasco.




After removing the bone avocados with a fork
crush well pulp, which will have previously taken out with a spoon.
They are cut very small pieces, onion and tomato, and mixed well with the avocado.
You add the coriander leaves, finely chopped, stems,
salt and pepper, plus the juice of one lime.
It stirs everything well and let stand in the refrigerator a few minutes.
It is accompanied with doritos, ideal for dipping, which do not cheese. You can also serve it with nachos.
I serve it as an aperitif before lunch in a large bowl.
If you want to do as a starter, which you can accompany with salmon ... it's delicious ... !!!
