Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 peeled pineapple or 4 large apples golden
- 200 grams. of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of "crème fraîche" cream
- A few drops of lemon juice
- A little water
Preparation:
First boil 200 ml. of water and 100 grams. of sugar over low heat 30 minutes, until it has the consistency of syrup. Let it cool and would you add 4 tablespoons of cream. Stir well.
With the remaining sugar candy making, with a splash of water and drops of lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and you leave it for about 30 minutes.

Serve slightly warm.
You can put cream over warm...tepid.
